Ten Golden Tips for getting filthy stinking rich in Wildstar

Many people understand the basic idea off how to get rich in an MMO, but don't put the effort into actually doing so because they are constantly making little "exceptions" that, just like in real life, prevent them from saving up.

Here are tips on how to get so filthy stinking rich in Wildstar come launch that you'll be the person buying CREDDs, not selling them.

1.Do Not Take a Crafting Skill at Launch.
Crafting costs you a lot of money, and I don't mean just in the form of buying Flux or Thread.  To truly understand this, you need to become familiar with the concept of opportunity costs.  An opportunity cost is what you could have gotten had you decided not to do something.  For crafting, this relates to two main things, the value of the raw materials (cloth, ore, omniplasm, etc) that go into crafting, and the value of items you salvage to get cores.

2.Go double gatherer, and Sell on the CX
As mentioned above, the majority of people are going to be working on their crafting skills, which means materials are going to be at a premium at launch since everybody will want it.  So pick a double gathering skill set such as Mining and Survivalist, then simply put all of your gathered materials on the CX.  Always make sure to price them not only higher than the vendor price, but higher than the vendor price + the CX's commission.

3.Don't Salvage
Or at least don't salvage anything even remotely close to your level. The absolute best thing you'll get from salvaging one is a power core, and that isn't 100% of the time.So good habit is to just vendor everything.

4.Get Bigger Bags
This is harder now with the level restrictions on bags, but the more bag space you have, the less often you have to go to town to sell off, the more time you can spend on making money.  Time spent travelling back to the AH is money lost.

5.Farm the AH/CX
The AH/CX currently does not enforce a minimum bid/price of the vendor value.  Whenever you're at the AH to sell your materials, go through and sort things for lowest value first.  Anything at all you can find that is listed below vendor price, buy it, then turn around and vendor it.  Its free money.  If its a crafting material at less than face value, grab it and list it at above face like you do the rest of your stuff.

6. But Don't Use the AH
When you're trying to build up your wealth, do not use the AH for yourself.  Don't be on there constantly buying the best gear you can find, ignore it.  Gear you get from questing and drops is more than good enough to get to max level on, its just a waste of money to use the AH before then unless you are the one selling.

7.Don't Repair Your Gear
While this sounds a little odd at first, realize that while you are leveling, you are never going to keep a usable piece of gear long enough for it to break.  You will replace it first, and vendor price/salvage potential does not go down with damage Repairs are for max level gear or emergencies only.

8.Quest Out the Zones
Even if you're a level or two over the quest level, do them all anyway.  Not only do you get money for completing the quest, but they'll have you out constantly killing things, which means vendor trash and gathering nodes.

9.Recognize When the Bottom Will Fall Out
Learn to recognize the signs that the market is changing, and be ready to exploit it.  For example, selling mats.  Demand is going to be very high while everybody is grinding up their crafting skills.

10.If You Must Sell CREDD, do so at the End of the Month
The goal here is hopefully to get to the point you have so much wildstar gold that you can afford to buy credd for your own use instead of paying real money for it, but the more gold you have, the easier it is to make more.  If you do feel the need to sell a CREDD or two, make sure you always do it towards the end of the month when people's subscriptions are more likely to be running out (especially since all of the pre-sales and early adopters will be in on the 3rd).

WildStar Class Guide: A guide to Medic DPS

source:http://www.wildstar4gold.com/news/game-WildStar-1614/WildStar-Class-Guide:-A-guide-to-Medic-DPS-11885

Medics in Wildstar are tech-savvy warriors who use the powers of Science and Skrillex to mend their allies and annihilate their foes. Armed with space-age defibrillator paddles called Resonators, medium armor, and a vast array of dubstep-esque sound effects, they enter battle as a mid-range class with wide, frontal square and cone-shaped telegraphs that extend roughly 15 meters in front of them. And while listening to bass-heavy jams and performing brain surgery is cool and all, this guide will focus on the ins and outs of offensively-oriented Medics who wish to use their countless years pursuing a medical degree to kick some serious ass.

wildstar-medic

In PvP, Medics are flexible combatants able to bring excellent sustained damage, solid burst damage, and amazing utility. As a mid-range class, they reap the benefits of large, wide telegraphs but don’t have to worry about sticking to their targets like their melee counterparts do. As such, Medics make excellent AoE damage dealers who can avoid eating unnecessary damage and CC effects by positioning themselves slightly outside the thick of combat, but still hit multiple targets with their broad attacks. Through a combination of powerful offensive buffs and debuffs, fully mobile freeform casts, and strong damage, Medics make great additions to any team fight while still being strong duelists.

In PvE Medics are excellent damage dealers able to push out solid DPS of their own while simultaneously buffing the overall damage output of their party or raid. Using area of effect ground-targeted fields and large telegraphs, they are great at taking down multiple enemies at once, but can still compete with the best when it comes to single target DPS. Through strong synergistic AMPs that boost Assault Power and crit rate to obscene levels and offensive buffs such as Empowering Probes, Medics make excellent damage dealers who are able to keep up their onslaught while stationary or on the move.

How to Fight in WildStar sucessfully

Fight in WildStar is very dynamic and there is no time for standing and watching. I doesn't matter who you are in-game, you have to keep moving. The main ability to avoid attacks is "dodge", which can be used twice in short intervals. When you use all charges, you have to wait a bit until the bar loads. Icon of dodge is next to the health bar and represents violet circle with a number showing how many times more you can dodge. Battles aren't simple but they are very easy to learn.

The main factor of every encounter is fact that most of enemies is very mobile and uses skills which show range before they are casted. Thanks to that, you can try to dodge them.
pic

Not only dodge may save you against the monster. When monster prepares to attack, you can stun him to interrupt. You can also ask your friend to taunt the enemy, what also interrupts his current action.

Publishers made sure that every type of monsters has other range of skills, so every time you meet a new enemy, you don't know what to expect. Even if you play as a tank and can survive a lot of damage, try to avoid them if you can. Especially during boss fights you should keep him focused on you but also avoid his skills. One shot and even a half of health bar may be gone.

Monsters have varied skills. Sometimes it's fire breath and constant damage. There are also monsters who try to lock you and if you don't dodge, you get damage. Publishers made an effort to make every battle unique.

Sometimes an enemy may blind you. If it's the case, the screen goes black. What you can do best is to dodge on one of sides or stun the monster. If monster disorients you, stand still and attack him. If you want to move you'll notice that in this case movement keys changed their destination and you don't know what to press to move in the chosen direction.

Try also to hide behind big covers. If enemy aims at you with a skill when you're hiding, you shouldn't get damage, as the cover will stop it.Some monsters are also aggressive towards other NPCs. If you have a problem with any boss or monster, you can lead him to creatures which are hostile to it. They will help you with ease.

Mobility is a key to the success, even if the fight may take five minutes.

How to Access every beta with 1 code in WildStar

WildStar another bonus weekend is here, I think you should know this before attend the Beta.I haven't seen this posted on the forum but I see it as a well known trick although a few of the people I've told didn't know it worked.Just follow these simple steps:

1.Go to Amazon, GAME, (any site offering pre-order beta access)
2.Pre-Order the game
3.Wait for beta key to arrive in email
4.Redeem key on your account
5.Cancel the Pre-Order. (Most sites don't charge for a deposit and the key still functions as normal.)

Note: I believe if you do this multiple times it can lead to an account ban on Amazon, you'd better do it once and leave it .If you like the game consider not cancelling your pre-order or at least place your pre-order again. The game seems very nice and I personally like it quite a lot up to now.
